My girlfriend had an operation in a clinic. This clinic works together with this hotel. We were very satisfied with the rooms, but in my opinion there are major deficiencies in the service and facilities. There is a gym but this is very poorly equipped. There is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, but you have to pay 55 euros for the jacuzzi. 55 euros for a bit of sparkling water for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous and bloody outrageous. You have to wear a hat in the pool, supposedly because of “hygiene”. I come from a very well-developed country (Germany) and have never had to wear a hat while swimming for hygiene reasons. We got a new towel in the changing room, but it was full of blood, even though it was supposed to have been freshly washed. Since many patients who have had operations stay overnight in the clinic, this can definitely happen. However, something like this has to be checked, especially in a 4.5 star hotel! I almost vomited when I saw the blood! There were also some small traces of blood from other predecessors on our bed sheet in the room. The spa offers so-called “ear candles”, which cost 30 euros. Please don't let yourself be fooled, these ear candles are a scam and don't do anything. Overall, the staff were friendly and the room was well equipped. However, there could be significant improvements in cleaning and in the spa area!

The suite was on the 5th floor and quite spacious. Once inside you are in a living area with TV, hidden fridge washing machine, table and chairs, sofa and coffee table. Each day we would receive free beverages with was a lovely touch. The bathroom was a good size and so was the bedroom. This hotel is a close to Emmar shopping mall. I would definitely stay here again.
